Is Cormack riding tonight, he injured he's toe and they were not sure whether it was broken or not? If he is riding, he could be the one to be with tonight.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

All races +40 minutes..
It seems to be the general consensus judging by the selections thus far that Gav Lerena is coming down for practice?
We started off with 5 rides which was whittled down to 3 with 2 late scratchings BUT...surely the 2 MDK runners must have a chance and the filly in the Flamboyant comes from a very inform yard and if she sees out the 1600 must have a chance of at least picking up a stake??
Give everything but up!

Just from memory, on the turf there seemed to be a fair few horses out who don't seem to like the Greyville turf course (can't say I blame them lol ;) ) I'm with Greg as one that has got decent course form is Innate Quality in the 6th.

If SJ fails to fire in the 7th then Caviar and Goldie Coast look the best value for me.

R1 Miss Pius
R2 National Approval
R3 Ice Pack (Musuchelalomissus small e/w)
R4 Afreeta (Black Oleander a chance and Summer House R1 e/w idiot)
R5 SUPREME POWER x Poivre
R6 Innate Quality
R7 Caviar x Goldie Coast
R8 Cape Vesta (via Pirates' comment)

Be(s)t of luck to all

Hi Guys

Happy new year to you all. 2015 will be good

Some very interesting scratchings tonight. Quite a tough card, but still should not pay bombs like we sometimes see

Race 1 Cormack should shit in. Roy's model look so good I would be a fool to exclude form swingers and trifectas

Race 2 looks like a race between National approval and Kig Jay

Race 3 looks like a field selection

Race 4 has Arfeeta and Art Deco who should be the exacta. However, 1,4,5,6,7,11 or 12 could also surprise

Race 5 is a definite field selection after all the scratchings

Race 6 Eton Mess seems to have improved last time out. Innate Quality is the only C&D winner. If you want to go short in the exotics, these 2 should do it for you

Race 7 This may be a test for Same Jurisdiction to decide whether or not to send her down for the Cape season. Captains daughter can surprise

Race 8 I am putting in the field

Have fun all
