WAY CLEAR will enjoy this trip and don't leave him out of quartets even though he props up the boards at 45-1

Not happy with the ride on Tevez, or maybe i just picked the wrong "consistent "sprinter
amazing how we try to get 1400-1600m horses winning sprints, then cry when they get done by toe
It`s the same with the brilliant MR discusion the guys are having,MR are flawed because optimuim merit ratings are gained at the correct trip

You are right. i backed Hammie's. She is clearly not a sprinter and I'm shocked that she ran so badly as she did today.
We should sometimes be able to distinguish between pure sprinters and horses who could sprint but need a ludicrous pace or further....
We soldier on

I think the trainers took their chances as there are no superstar sprinters left (I suppose Copper Parade is the exception but he's really getting on)

My opinion was also that Captain of All would need one more, Tevez could never win at the weights and Copper is as old as the hills.....
Seems like good colts will almost always beat good fillies

SEVEN OCEANS can earn in the last - that last win has already produced two maiden winners - CHROME BLUE is also worth considering for trifectas and quartets

My fault for thinking French Revolution had even a remote chance of even running in the Met let alone placing.....
He is a B Division horse at best based on what i saw today.
I wonder if the inside of the new course now isn't a little dead, hence everyone coming up the middle, outside?

Expected the Y Govender stable to at least have one winner today. With all the confidence seemed far fetched.
