The tote is a listed company which suggests that it should be run like a business, not a government department.

Would make a world of difference if customers were to become the focus point in future strategy's and delivery, and this should include both existing and new customers.

Racecourses will never be full again,concentrate on keeping those you have
Make them want to stay and some of their friends will join
The internet is the way forward and everyone has a smartphone
To keep existing acc holders,track their records and implement a points system
Reward them once/twice a year and see what you get back (somebody mentioned this already)
Imagine how you'll feel getting a call/sms from Tab/Goldcircle or whoever infoming you
