Race8: Spanish Tiger. I think the 1200m turf is best for him - the 1000m last time was a bit short, and he is better down the straight course. He has been working well, has a good jockey, and I make him a serious runner today. Its a competitive handicap with quite a few others with winning chances.
Race 9: Jet Swinger. We thought she was going to win early at 2, but she has disappointed after her first 2 runs. The fields are too strong for her at this time of the year in CT hence the move. If she can find her early form, I have no doubt she can win a maiden, but it remains to be seen how she has handled the move to PE. Nice roughy for quartets.

What is it with TT and the lack of replays today?? Really frustrating and why would anyone want to see the provisional result on screen being read out when you can watch the race in slow-mo and try to determine the actual result. Does my head in thinking about what these people think viewers want to watch/hear. Do none of them have a bet and know what is important to a punter? Oh well...

I was looking elsewhere Peter but it was a strange race, none of the ones that, imo, should have been big runners ever seemed to get into the race at all

Colors, one of those strange days, three winners and plenty close should make it a good day but tis not, tis another loser. Indian River coming late to beat Principled cost me dearly. such is racing!
