Turffontein in trouble but conflicting reports

Some say they will race, others say nae chance

Think it's more of a precaution

Due to a couple of reasons from the trainers side and as we have the Poly, racing is guaranteed and racing does not need a Saturday without a SA meeting. Turnover is higher here so moved us.

Any news on Turffontein? Yesterday was dry and sunny, today looks dry and sunny. The only problem is tomorrow...

it will be a pity that coverage of some good racing be reduced tomorrow mind you Kenilworth will be a bomb standing alone

as per the nhra website the pen reading taken at 16.30 was 26 good to soft ..no rain in last 24 hrs and 44mm in last 7 days ..false rail out 5 metres..hopefully they race cos greyville poly card is muck

Would it be fair to assume that because of the international jockey challenge they have to go ahead with the Turffontein meeting if the second leg is the following day at Kenilworth? Surely the international have schedules to keep and would have to return after Sunday's meeting - or would they consider a one meeting contest if Turffies cannot go ahead as planned?
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
