Cents going missing from bookie accounts

I have a Wsb account and every now and then it takes 1 or 2 cents from my balance I have called them countless times and they claim my balance says 0.0 when on my screen I see -0.2. I know a couple of cents is not much but its kind of irritating when I deposit exactly the amount I need. Is there anything I can do to sort this out?

so you deposit say r100 and r99.98 would appear?

i will ask warren, have seen posts like this before,can`t remember the explanation
