PHINDI KEMA WITHDRAWS COMPLAINT TO COMPETITION TRIBUNAL

On 15 October 2014 Ms Kema sent a letter to the Competition Tribunal in which she purported to withdraw the complaint against Phumelela Gaming and Leisure Limited, Gold Circle (Pty) Limited and The Thoroughbred Horseracing Trust. At the Tribunal hearing, which took place on 16 October, the Tribunal accepted Ms Kema's withdrawal.
