pointless attacking someone who can't defend himself on the forum, two sides to every story.

Just shows you how little if any respect this person has for the horse or the appies safety. Sounds like he puts himself above everything. Cant imagine what I would have done if I had witnessed this.

 I suppose it was not too hard to work out, Titch unconditionally backing the perpetrator and he does seem to be the common denominator in many incidents here. DTF, is Fallon even in the same division?

Keniza999, yes there are 2 sides but his is the lying one. It is indefensible here or anywhere. The difference in damage he could have done if she had got a fright and bolted and got injured ( not to forget the appie that could have fallen off and injured himself when she bolted in fright)in comparison to him just climbing through the post and rail fence if he was nervous is mind boggling.

from past experiences........ and having had horse with Craig where I made a very big investment with a poor return I can vouch for one thing.
Craig is the most honest trainer I have ever dealt with. At times he never charged keep for certain horses when they were running poorly.
I had great success with David Payne and Mike de Kock. I had very little with Craig. If I bought a horse tomorrow (That will never happen) I would send it to Craig.
What Craig says above just has to be true. He does not tell lies. Simple !

.....imo there are more sportsmen(be they sporting or unsporting) than horsemen in our riding ranks today.....I have seen far too many of them that unsportingly act out on horses because they are not true horsemen.....true horsemen may not have been very good as sportsmen in the saddle but when they give up the saddle and triumph as horsemen that is when they can be referred to as horsemen....

craig I understand your anger but I don't think bringing the issue up on abc is the right way of handling it..rather take it up with the correct authority and let them handle it..a mans career could be harmed by this thread as we know owners and trainers read abc

Good for you Craig !!!
As for you Titch don't ever come near my horses . The person that threw the crop should
go find a job that he likes and stay away from horses .
Its disgusting and unacceptable the way so many of these most magnificent beasts are treated at the training yards ???

Pirates why should he not post it here where owners can actually see how badly their horses are being treated ? Report it to the relevant authority then it will most probably be swept under the carpet . If the man values his career he would not behave in such a way .
