The deputy Minister of Defence called Thuli Madonsela a CIA spy at the weekend. Old intelligence trick to try to discredit someone. He also said that it was the ANC who had created the section 9 institutions, of which the Office of the Public Protector is one, and now it is being used against the ANC.
