In the bok squad departing for Perth tomorrow. Neither Lambie nor Reinach will get any game time on tour.

I would not be surprised if one of the European club Teams snaps him up sooner than later.

Harris and Farawaysaint, you're both right. Lambie has the wrong kind of surname and plays for the wrong province....

Rob I cant agree with you. There are far better players than Bambi. He is very over-rate by you Sharks supporters.

Neigh I am in Robs camp. Has far more of a open rugby brain than either Steyn or Pollard. Pollard will be shown up as too inexperienced by the All Blacks and even possibly the Aussies. He was shown up by the Argy's. He has talent but needs more Super 15 time against top opposition before he is the finished article. He will be but not yet. We WILL NOT win the word cup with Steyn at flyhalf. Both World Cup's that we have won have been with Sharks flyhalve's( Maritzburg College as well). Lambie needs to have the freedom to dictate play as he sees it in front of him and not be tied down to a kicking game plan of Meyer's. Just look at the difference in SA's top Super 15 side the Sharks from the beginning of the season when Lambie wasn't injured to them playing without him. Chalk and cheese. If he had not been injured we would have had a home semifinal and possibly finished top of the log. Sharks were not the same without him. The Springboks need him but he is not a Blou Bull so he probably wont make it.

HM Is a one dimensional biased BOX.
Has never beaten the All Blacks and never will,
We definitely won't be in the final never mind win the WC.
2 winning coaches Christie and White no chance with this plank.

Im not against Bambi for the Sharks and he does have a lot of talent, no arguement, but he is not on the same level as Pollard when it comes to: Future potential, kicking accuracy and defence. WC is firstly won with an accurate kicking and good defensive fly-half. Bambi is also too small and very injury prone.
When it comes HM there we have huge problems. No vision, no plan B, bad combinations and coming from the Bulls just a kak way of playing rugby.
Springbok rugby is based on a very strong tight five, running rugby (backs with speed) and no compromise on defence. Kicking for position during the WC plays a huge role in taking pressure off your "big boys" as they need to conserve their energy. All the games are at test level over a very short period of time. Bambi doesnt fit the bill and wont last.
Jake White is and was our best coach by far. Brilliant rugby brain at the highest level.
