My usual, of late, none too detailed look threw up the following...

R1 and R2 as always market movers might prove significant but in both all-ways trifectas on the first three in the market look to have potential, for me 1 x 2 x 13 (R1) and 1 x 6 x 4 (R2).

R3 First Dance looks hard to oppose to my eye, Twilight Tiger and Bella Rina for places.

R4 I prefer Atso's Scheme but not a betting race for me.

R5 All the best to Elvis and Frodo with Master Entertainer but the draw a big concern for me, the same with Woza Madoda. Black Cossack has a chance on the form of his maiden win but was disappointing lto. The "quite strong" safe option for me is Nahoon Beach who seems to have a good draw, decent Vaal record, has been very consistent and holds some of these rivals on recent runs. A host of those with chances for places, I've gone with Neo Jet who is the most likely to surprise imo, Urgent Fury and Chestnut Charger.

R6 Striker has an excellent record on Flag Of France and must have strong claims here though the low draw is something of a concern. Would be interesting to know if PS was asked or asked himself for the ride on One Man's Dream though. LG's representative is unbeaten in 3 c/d runs and on lines through Anyday Anytime appears to me to hold Vulcan with a little to spare. Others not without hope but for me... One Man's Dream x FoF x Vulcan

R7 Open looking race but I'll stick with Arctic Hooligan who I was on lto with Winter Mischief and Mr Hurricane for places.

R8 Doubt I'll have a bet here. Not sure about Victorious so gone with Raise The Red from Gems A Plenty and Eagle Face. The niggler and potential spanner in the works is LG's Gabronza.

Race 8 Gems A Plenty[4] 8-1 VALUE OF THE DAY will win. The two 2 year olds are carrying too much weight. Eagle Face[7] 8-1 will be in the placings.
