Louis said that Jocks should use the outside rail-just as good inside - I wonder if he'll tell Deon to stay on that rail? Problem is if he's slow away and the jock decides to take him to the inside - I see he hangs so maybe te rail could assist in curbing this - No point trying to go inside better to sit in a group on the outside and let him go at the 400m

Move like jagger must have a huge chance considering most other challengers drawn on the outside?
If he comes back from his break fit I make him a huge runner. Comments from Louis would be greatly appreciated.
