Betting World-What A Joke!!!!

I have refrained from posting here since March as the strain of constanting moaning was really getting the better of me,it's not the person that I am.However,after today I really had to say something as this just seems totally ridiculous to me.

I,like many others on here,really took to playing the quickmix.However,since there have been no pictures the fun has been taken out of it and I haven't been playing it.Today I decided that I liked Sheik's Brashee in the last,so a quickmix seemed appropriate.Having survived the 1st leg I decided to watch Happy Valley on Interbet,but the streaming was down.Once I had survived the 2nd leg I thought I may as well pop down to BW at Kenilworth to watch the last two legs.

Anyway,I get there and the next race is due in about 7 minutes but the place is dead quiet.About 20 punters,but no sound.

The TV's are showing the pics,but they don't have any sound turned up.After asking a few punters what the story was,I was told that it is a usual scenario.I then asked to speak to a manager,but was told she was unavailable.WTF???

I mean really,if this is what goes on daily in the totes no wonder people have become disillusioned with the game.

I managed to find the correct commentary line on my phone for the 3rd leg,so I could watch and listen,but failed to find it for leg 4 and therefore watched horses running over the jumps in complete silence.

Such a shame,and actually just pathetic.

If u think that is bad- trying walking into the BW that is situated in Durban. The branch i speak about is directly opposite Rinaldo road.. I have a list -- not gonna get into that-- i had a good late afternoon.

The bettingworld at water glen in Pretoria is a shocking venue can't even buy a cold drink or packet of chrisps
When Hendrick prinsloo had it you could at least get pissed when losing your money :X

Drive 6km to gateway tattersalls, you will be pleasently suprised

Yes it's scary we can't watch decent racing at home so if you make the effort to visit a dive it makes no difference, if ever we wanted to shoot ourself in the foot we have done a fantastic job

Sent the details to Vee and Clyde, not sure if it's anything to do with them, but sure they will get someone to look into it

crazy situation. Yet in Scotland the shops are clean, the toilets are clean and kept clean by staff the whole day, there are some 10 screens in most shops, you get offered free coffee, you have a few racing posts laying around, the betting slips are in there rightful place and not on the floor, the cards are all placed up against the bulkheads,

Only one thing missing. Customers.

Seems like heaven for us....
(). @ BC-- i agree its way better-- been there a few times.. On the flip side the BW @ greyville is totally different.. But why.. ??

I didn't get the entire story as I tuned in late but I got some idea from the Sat show that "Bumpy" Kritsiosis has been given some kind of PRO job at Bettingworld.
Don't know if it will help.................he has been tried in a lot of jobs but you never know!
