DTF I've done that farking horse almost every time as an idiot, of course today not. Also don't understand how on the last run Sansilvio gets no stable confidence and supposedly needs further. Of course, with no filtration of such info earlier, it would seem from the prices that I am not the only one who would have been surprised to hear this just before the race when bets are already down. Giving up lol

after the first I have deleted the form book and will play a small ew on these randomly chosen runners. Would be interesting to see if it works..
race 2: all knowledge
Race 3: Gary the great
race 4: set the scene
race 5: hostile take over
Race 6: duchess Catherine
race 7: tudor star
Rae 8: noah forever
race 9: Princess Chichibu
May be a more fun way of losing money than studying form for no reason. (

Four from me today.
Race 4 - Looks a bit obvious but Tobe Heather looked like a horse screaming out for further last time out and should go very close. I always think you can get caught into the trap that if a horse is staying on at the finish, you automatically think they'll improve for going up in trip. Tobe Heather though showed mid-race that the pace of 1400m race wasn't to her liking, as she got caught for speed turning for home before staying on strongly. She'll appreciate the mile, is unexposed and has plenty of scope, comments that can't be attributed to many others here.
Race 5 - Simply think that Stone Reeves is absolutely thrown in and should be odds-on here. Has been in strong form as of late and a replication of his effort last time would see him win this by 5-10 lengths, as that came in a much stronger race than this one. That run was over further but Stone Reeves travels like a horse who could be even better over the 1600m trip, especially as he goes with plenty of enthusiasm in his races. He looks far better than his rating at present and has everything in his favour. Against this field I had him at odds-on and he's my best bet of the day.
Race 8 - The favourite here has won his last two but think he might be vulnerable here and with the likes of King Of The Castle and Sir Swarvoski being so prominent in the market due to other reasons rather than bare form, I'd like to oppose them with Carry On Captain, who ran the favourite close on his penultimate start. That was over today's 1200m trip and you can completely write-off Carry On Captain's next effort, as it came over further and he ran pretty flat. He had previously had a hard race and I'm sure he was feeling the effects of such an outing, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Back to his best trip, the draw isn't ideal but he has plenty of early speed and statistically it isn't too much of a hindrance. I had him at around 5/1 anyway so I've got a go.
Race 9 - Smart Set looks a class above these and although the form of his maiden win hasn't worked out too well, it doesn't really need to considering he won so convincingly. He travelled so strongly and I do think his jockey went a bit too soon to put the race to bed. If he had held on to him longer, he could have won by even further. The handicapper has hardly punished him for that though and he's actually rated less than when first giving handicaps a go anyway, so there's an argument there that he's still quite well-handicapped. It's very probable that his current (in-form) yard have found the key to him and he should keep on progressing in this sort of class. The break won't be a problem considering his maiden win came off a similar absence and I don't see many other horses with the potential of progression than this one. The big field will help them go a good pace and he should go very close.
Had singles on the 4 and a Yankee.
Best of luck all (tu)
