Rob I'm only going on his rating vs any other rated SA horse and on those that have been rated - Stakes don't come into the picture but I must rate a 17 time winner with 5 Gr 1's higher than a 10 time winner with 4 Gr 1's - The fact that he was the first International horse in ten years to win that race in HK also comes into play. The way he won from that draw was also special. I do think this horse has improved with time and was not the same horse at two and three as he is now.

Not really arguing Steve,i just think that a rating of 120 for a horse with those earnings to be surprising and I think SA horses were probably not yet as respected as now!
