Nice one.... by all accounts it seemed to be a bit tough out there with most of our runners doing slower than expected times.

Well done to the participants and finishers...............................to run the Comrades takes an out and out stayer especially the up-run so Chippy and Brian Strydom are in no threat from other racing members wanting to do a Bruce Fourdyce.(

Another absolutely beautiful Cape Town event is the SAD next Thursday (1May workers Day) in Wellington,
I will be doing the 1/2 and just aiming for a sub 2,
Any takers, you could still enter online and it is absolute breathtaking scenery....

He did indeed Hibs, but was not healthy so just did it for a training run in a sedate 4 hours.
