Laughable !

I drive around quite a bit for my business and now and again get a "feeling" and play a P6, Bip, JPT or PA at the nearest CESSPIT (TAB outlet). Doing the right thing LG !! I arrived at a closed door and no lights on. Damb ESCOM !! NO they never paid the electicity bill !! I kid you not. Now the nearest CESSPIT is 25km away !!?? Bugger that, I will play the open bet ! Sorry LG I tried. (Saxenburg)

I have reported this to Vee Moodley's voicemail and WILL report back here, exactly, the reply.( This is not an early April fools joke, by any chance ?)
Anyway, I assume that the branch is Saxenburg and have reported as such. I will now also send an sms, "please listen to your voicemail urgently"

Surely there is a manager at "P" who manages customer service standards at branches/agencies and that manager would report to a director.
The Knysna case and now this,would suggest that both are entirely failing in their duty-consequences??

This is allegedly what happened -
1)Account WAS paid, staff stupid to assume and make statements otherwise.
2)Municipality turned power off a few of the wrong buildings and then restored again, just before 12h00, after irate reports from businesses in the area etc.
3)All Gauteng outlets have a backup generator. Cape is still being rolled out, many have but still some to be completed by contractor.
