At last someone has balls!Tim Sherwood!
He has made his feelings clear.
The prima donnas must show that they are entitled to their exhorbitant salarys. They strut about, spitting, feigning injury
and giving every excuse for their dismal performance.
We all know that it is a bussiness for Mr Levy but pride in the Club should also be taken into account.Clean up the camp and get rid off the"leeches"
Tottenham Hotspur:"To do is to dare"

How soon before there is a revolt in the change-room and Sherwood is told his time is up ??

Players think they are bigger than the game due to the money they make (not earned...)...football has long stopped being a spectator sport as every slight touch is exaggerated, every trick is employed to deceive the opponent and referee to obtain an unfair advantage and there is no respect for officials and fellow players (I'm better than you as my salary is more than yours, my car is more limited-edition, etc, etc)...

I'm a United supporter but I'd rather watch a Varsity Cup rugby match than watch a soccer match...and even when past great United teams were playing....:(

How often do we see a"MILLION DOLLAR BABY!" doing his"scored a goal dance" after only one good play in the entire game!

Sherwood will be gone at the end of the season as the Spuds are trying to get Van Gaal. Doubt if he would want to manage a club that are perennial failures when it comes to qualifying for the Champions League and besides Sherwood is a Gooner.(Arsenal fan)

First English football match I watched was as a 7 year old...1983 FA Cup replay...Man Utd beat Brighton 4-0 with, I think, Robson scoring two...when you are 7, decisions are not made with the brain but rather wanting to support a winning team...first impressions are lasting impressions...:)...the only soccer we got to see back then was the FA Cup and United kept doing well at the time (think they beat Everton in 1985 with Whiteside scoring and Moran getting sent off) so stuck with them...didn't even know when Ferguson was appointed manager (didn't matter to me...) but I did bask in the reflection of their subsequent glories...(:P)

Did see two matches (v West Ham and v Bolton) at Old Trafford when I worked in England in 2001...got the shirt, jacket, cap, etc. so my pilgrimage has been done and too costly to do so now...

Been an Amazulu supporter for just as long and used to go to Princess Magogo Stadium to watch them play until it got too dangerous...fellow Amazulu supporters asked me to stay away back then...a colleague (Karl Bishop) of mine from KPMG played SA u19 with Quentin Fortune and Delron Buckley and his Dad was Paul Bishop who captained Amazulu some time in the 80's so we got tickets to matches and tried to show our support...

Is the "one good play in the entire game" a reference to a dive, a clutching of the head when his foot was touched, winning a penalty by stretching leg to get caught by defender, getting an opponent booked or sent off, claiming and winning a corner when ball came off himself last, etc, etc, etc ???...has become a joke...

Ferguson did knock Liverpool off their perch though...Moyes doesn't realise that United are on that perch now and others will want to knock them off...different attitude required when one is being chased as compared to when one is doing the chasing...far harder to stay at the top than to get to the top...

Champion's League next year is only possible if no more matches lost and, at most, 2 draws...cannot see it happening with fixtures remaining...

And this season's Champion's League will likely end next week...

There's always the Europa Cup to look forward to...(:P)

Looking forward to tonites match where I cant see Man City getting through. Barcelona at home with a 2-0 lead will be almost impossible to beat. I can see City attacking and Barcelona catching them on the counter attack. Sunday should be a great day as Man United play Liverpool and then its Spurs v Arsenal

Methinks that City will do very well tonight...wake-up call has been acknowledged and Barca play through the centre which means that Yaya Toure (great, great player...) will be lying in wait...

And if Barca play wide, then the pygmies have little / no chance beating the City backs in the air...City to draw / win on the night...
