And Thursday heavy rain is predicted with no let up tomorrow either. I cannot ever remember 11 straight days of rain with no sign of letting up.

Peekay, I would advise caution for any Gauteng meetings. With the wet tracks some horses could have missed almost two weeks of work. Trainers with the facilities to carry on training horses wil have a big advantage. I will be staying away from all Gauteng meeting for a while.

Thursday should be OK-reading another thread it appears that the status of the sand track has now been amended to an "all weather" track!

No rain yet today. lots still in the sky though. Track packer was on today and all set. Its all about overnight rain and tomorrow.
