Very happy to see them racing at Turfs - the rest is pish anyway

Early observations:

In the Ruffian, Silent Rush put up a very good debut last week in similar conditions, better off at the weights today with Flame Cat - obviously has the de Kock baby to beat, but not bad value imo

In the Storm Bird, de Kock again holds the key, but Kiss Me Hardy also won nicely on debut and could give cheek

In the Egoli Mile, Bezanova will prefer this trip, but not well in at the weights, Raaees not for me, at the weights I'm with Bayern - Silva Hawk looks good value

In the 9th, Salutation will relish the conditions and has good form over this trip

majmu the favourite in race 5 was due to run in a 1200 during the week and i see she has been nominated for a 1450 so back in a 1000m in a small feature and looking like she needs further i wouldnt be diving into the 12 to 10
