Same for me -power off at 10am- back on at 2pm-fair enough off again at 2:02pm -on again at 3 -off again at 3:03pm
Clearly it was sudden unplanned crisis management-some small pockets of residential areas had no shedding whatsoever

Seems loadshedding is something thta will be with us for a long time.

PE, SLUMIES AND DURBS hit hard today. Same tomorrow. For the weekend they predicting 4 hrs a day Sat and Sunday.

We are truly fogged!

Greyville and Scottsville have big generators. Not sure about Clairwood but I am sure they must have under the stand somewhere.

If you want to know what times your area will be affected, go onto the following website, then select your area.

It brings up a grid showing the load shedding schedule by day by time for this month

Bloody useless bunch of overpaid, visionless, self important clowns running this country into the ground.

Big business leaders, should calculate the cost of downtime, and take Eishkom to court for re-inbursement.

But then again, we will probably have some crony put in charge of the investigation.


Just heard on the news, that there will not be any more load shedding. Will have to wait and see.
