You could try Wynter Worsthorne. She is pretty busy, but does work with horses.

Im very expensive and full sorry !!
On a more serious note I firmly believe its us humans that are mostly not in a position to communicate with animals and thus treat them as "sub-standard beings". Only time and people like Anna will open doors to a whole new world for us all one day. Hope its still in my life time.

I have often received "msgs" from my cat - More of a feeling than anything else that she needs me - I'll then find she is locked in a room or in my garage or outside flat - I'm not consciously looking for her before that time but get a strong feeling that she needs me in a certain area of my home.
My dogs however, are pretty poor at telepathy and rely on loud barks and whines or their favourite - a paw to my face or groin - to get me to do anything. My ex-wife was someone who believed I could read her mind but the divorce decree proved otherwise.
