So Why Doesn't PGE Have A Platform That Allows Interaction?

For 7 years we as punters have tried to get our points through to PGE.Bar the odd acknowledgement, they have mostly been ignored, and we haven't really solved much of what still needs solving. The 'pseudonym' excuse if often used as a reason not to interact,so why have PGE not created a forum where one has to use ones name before one can post.Communication is the key to solving problems, but how can this happen when one side refuses to.

Another show, another 'you can mail your suggestions to us'.Really?Haven't we spent enough time as your customers telling you exactly what we want.Despite this, you continue to fob us off as idiots with 'mundane' problems.

We continually come back to the same thing, the customer just isn't king in PGE world.
