Race 1: Dinesen is always thereabouts but has been expensive to follow. There are a number of less exposed, improving fillies and a few well bred first timers, which makes this a tricky race.
Race 2: Dangerous to back against the Snaith babies this year, but 6/10 is very cramped and Pigeon Flyer put up a decent first run.
Race 3: looks a match race between Anzac and Monarchs Emblem, but respect Forlan for improvement.
Race 4: very competitive handicap to kick off pick 6. Field if you can afford it, but perhaps Independence has the most scope for improvement.
Race 5: Alascan Maiden down in class and a worthy favourite, but Black Kitten ran a cracker last time for which she got no penalty, and is value at 6/1.
Race 6: Sir Duke, Parado, Fire Fury and Celtic Jet to fight this out.
Race7: The betting is bizarre in what looks to me an open race. Night Trip, M' Lords Throat and Political Playboy are well in at the weights on their best form and offer great value.
Race 8: A tricky fillies handicap
Race 9: Black Beluga is no star but has a great opportunity to crack his maiden here. It is not cut and dried as there are a few likely improverswith a race or two under the belt. If French Revolution jumps on terms he is a threat, and Data Controller, Emerald Albert , Dynamic Affair and Cruizing Height have shown promise.

Race 7; Magnum Mile: #2 TRIBAL DANCE; runs fresh after poor July else good earlier form with some class; first run as a gelding; a rank outsider so don't be breaking the bank at 33/1

Prosperous punting B)-
