This oke Byleveld, really is a cowboy....if I were Cormack I would go into that jockey room and slap the eyeballs out of his head.
He cut off the favorite coming around the top bend.....he simply veered over and had cormack snatch up his mount.

What a silly billy.......

I must be blind but what did van niekerk do wrong there apart from not winning when you wanted him to????

He rode a perfectly good race and the horse ran well first time out the maidens........what else was the guy supposed to do, pick her up and carry her?

I agree van niekerk hasn't been riding very well lately but he did nothing wrong there!

Lol.... u guys are slow learners !!! Englander has been saying it for months now. Check the comments column in Sporting Post... almost every single runner has...bmpd, chked, blked, hmpd..... next to a run.
Dodgem City. Why would you want to race 14 horses across 25m's when you can use 10 ????

He got it all wrong imo, 2wice wanted to go down the inside then switched and tired to come around them, cost momentum and would of been closer if he had waited and carried on going down the inside...
