The NHA made public?

or do they just look at the evidence and investigate behind close doors?

What happens if the complaint is against a stipe?

NHA policy seems to be the same as old the body they replaced the Jockey Club of SA, they dont want to put any thing out into the public that brings racing into a bad light so all gets swept under the carpet

hibs i am hear that some naughty naughty stuff is going on? some people behave like the school kids and cheat in the exam? all so i hear the exam is wrote but the person was never by the nha? and when these person get ask for the proof of hes hand writing he refuse to give these..... it sound like the dick francis book but unfortunate it is no the story is the truth and the man who resign must have the lot to hide

....I have posted under several other threads that the NHA in recent times is under severe scrutiny and with this instant technology they can hardly fart without someone getting wind of it.....:S.....but seriously, their credo is supposed to be integrity but judging from the bulging carpet there is no longer enough carpet to sweep anything under.....:
