The meeting was abandoned due to mismanagement of the club's watering of the track on Friday morning.

Theoretically the NHA regulate the operators ..................but are also funded by them.....so never gonna happen!

Racing in Aus is a different world ...............incompetence is not accepted and punished ................here its defended and even lauded!
