also kept more towards the outside of the track, where the going seems inferior . The winner drawn on the outside and ends up on the inside!!!

Pirates you understand these handicap rules.............why is she allowed to run at her old rating? ..............I have seen ratings and weights changed before!..............is it only if they win?
