Is that actually correct? ::o

I was looking through the 2013 NYS catalogue when I saw this a filly called Law Lady, out of the Western Winter mare, Agena.
She is the second foal, the first being Rocket Launch, a 2009 colt by....Western Winter?!!!

Rocket Launch is by Western Winter and out of a Western Winter mare.
