Sorry no " feel it, it is here " here however the competition kicks off on Sat 11-01-2014 at 18.00 hrs with Bafana taking on Mozambique.

The 1996 final was one of the highlights of my life and one of the last times I visited Rocky Street - That street party was amazing and even finding the car broken into early in the morning could not dampen my mood - It was the first time I experienced a complete multiracial party where everyone just seemed so happy to be South African - Wish that spirit could return !! I hope we do it

Going to be very tough Mr. H. we are in the group of death Group A with Nigeria ranked 37th and Mali 45th while S.A. trail in at 62 in the world rankings.

Hope Bafana ignore the MR's & just play the ball.(

This is all very confusing, but this appears to be a completely different tournament to the African Cup of Nations, right? That's what Bafana won in 1996 and is going to held in Morocco next year.

The African Nations Championship is only being held for the third time now, as far as I can tell. Don't know why they have two tournaments.

Bafana are in a major showdown with the Nigerians tonight and a loss will most certainly mean an exit from the competition . Mali has a foot in the door and should account for Mozambique in their fixture tonight and progress into the next round.

A Bafana draw should suffice as that will leave the Nigerians trekking back to Lagos.................(

It' all over for S.African soccer, forget about that win to Spain ,back to the drawing boards if ever there's a Cup to be won in International Competitions.:S
