Race 1 – 12.30 – 32Red Handicap – class 6 – 3yo(0-60) – 6f

Wiki Tiki is a 6 race maiden that has shaped as if she has ability. Stuart Williams has an excellent s/r in January over the years and she is one to keep an eye on in the betting. Shamardyh (IRE) is a 6 race maiden that comes into this on the back of an improved effort last time out, here over 5f back in maiden company. She looks more than capable of winning of her mark and she is one to consider seriously. My My My Diliza is one of 3 runners for Stan Moore that makes no appeal. His best chance could be on the unexposed Carolines Beach (IRE) who makes her handicap debut off a lowly mark. Armelle (FR) is a 5 race maiden that has claims on her penultimate run at Southwell where she finished 3rd behind 2 useful sorts. She is having her first start at Lingfield but it should suit. Shamardyh is sure to be popular with the Kirby/Evans backers but THE BIGGEST CERT SINCE FRANKEL IS DANDYS PERRIER.

Race 2 – 1:00 – Compare Bookmakers At Bookmakers.co.uk Handicap – class 5 – 4yo+(0-70) – 5f

Secret Millionaire (IRE) is a course and distance winner that was in form when last seen almost a year ago. He is one to watch for if the money arrives but he has no great record fresh and is best watched. Drawnfromthepast (IRE) is a course and distance winner that is well treated on his best form. He comes into this having been denied by a short head last time over course and distance and he has every chance if able to build on that run. Desert Strike is a course and distance winner that is 4lb below his last winning mark. he arrives here struggling for form but he is one to watch in the betting as strong support could be telling. Only Ten Percent (IRE) comes into this in fine form finding the well treated Sir Geoffrey just too strong last week at Southwell. He has to prove himself at this track though and he is overlooked. Our selection is Drawnfromthepast at 7/2

Race 3 – 1:30 – Best Odds At Bookmakers.co.uk Selling Handicap – class 6 – 4yo+(0-60) – 1m2f

Daniel Thomas (IRE) is a course specialist that proved there was life in the old legs at 12 with a win last time out at Wolves. He runs under a penalty but he is still well treated on his best form and it would be no surprise were he to come through the field late in his customary style and win again. Appyjack is a 3 time AW winner that is 10lb below his last winning mark. He arrives on the back on 2 average runs but he is one to consider especially if the money arrives. Archelao (IRE) is a course and distance winner that arrives in form having backed up his win 2 runs back with a 3rd last time over course and distance. Cabal has claims on her best form and has placed form at this track. She hasn’t fared well with the draw but she has to be considered with talented claimer Matthew Hopkins taking off valuable weight. Herbalist comes into this on the back of a much improved effort over course and distance behind Copperwood in a seller. He has every chance if able to build on that run. Sutton Sid is a course and distance winner that has claims on his best form. He is fitted with a visor and with Adam Kirby booked to ride a big run looks on the cards. We don’t usually get involved in sellers and claimers but we think there could be a gamble on our selection Appyjack at 14/1

Race 4 – 2:00 – Coral.co.uk Handicap – class 4 – 4yo+(0-80) – 1m2f

Modernism is a course and distance winner that has yet to be out of the frame in 2 runs at this track. He was denied the 3 timer last time out behind Marshgate Lane and it could be the handicapper has his measure. Miguel Grau (USA) is a progressive horse winning 2 of his 7 starts. He was just touched off in a bunch finish by Landau over course and distance and comes into this on the back of a win last time at Kempton. He is up 7lb in a better race but he is progressive and has to be considered. Karam Albaari (IRE) has been raised just 1lb for his course and distance win last time. He is unexposed on the AW and he looks sure to go well and the one they all have to beat. Chapter And Verse (IRE) is on a winning mark but he has to prove as effective here as at Kempton. Mgiuel Grau looks sure to go well but a 7b rise may be enough to stop him, our selection is Karim Albaari at 6/1

Race 5 – 2:35 – Coral Mobile Just Three Clicks To Bet Median Auction Maiden Stakes class 6 – 4-6yo – 1m2f

Up Tipp comes into this on the back of 2 2nds at Kempton. He is fairly unexposed and he has an excellent chance of getting off the mark. Pearl Ransome (IRE) is lightly raced and has claims on his best form. He returned from a year off the track to run with credit on both starts and he looks to have every chance. Secret Song is a 5 race maiden that comes into this on the back of 2 solid runs at Wolves. He is stepped up in trip which is sure to suit and he is another to consider in a tight looking race. Not a race we could go mad about with none of these one to put the mortgage on. Our selection is Secret Song at 3/1

Race 6 – 3:10 – Bookmakers.co.uk Handicap – class 5 – 4yo+(0-75) – 6f

Smokethatthunders (IRE) is up 1lb for his fast finishing 2nd to Azergam last time out over course and distance. He is often well supported in the betting and he is one to consider. Panther Patrol (IRE) is a course and distance winner that is back on his last winning mark. He arrives struggling for form but it would be no surprise to see him involved here. Billy Red is a course and distance winner that is on a winning mark. He was well beaten last time out over course and distance but he has claims if finding his best form. Senator Bong has won 1 of his 10 starts but comes into this on the back of 2 solid runs here at Lingfield. His run behind Picansort last time out over 5f is strong form and he is one to consider. Seek The Fair Land is extremely well treated on her best form but she has had easier opportunities than this to regain the winning thread. She is dangerous to rule out completely from this mark though. We think the e/w value in the race is Senator Bong at 11/2

Race 7 – 3:40 – Ladbrokes Apprentice Handicap – class 6 – 4yo+(0-60) – 1m

Fonterutoli (IRE) is turned out under a penalty for his win here last time over 10f. He is more than capable off his current mark but he is not guaranteed to back up his last run as consistency is not his strong point. Skidby Mill (IRE) returned to form 2 runs back over course and distance winning and proving she stayed a mile. She was well beaten next time out at Kempton but a return to this track will suit. Nubar Boy is a 3 times course winner that is well treated on his best form. He has to prove he wants this far but he has every chance if doing so. Olivers Mount has won 1 of his 8 starts and comes into this in form having just been touched off at Wolves last time. He has to prove as effective at this track but he has every chance if taking to the surface. Bertie Blu Boy is a course and distance winner that is back on his last winning mark. He is on a lengthy losing run but he has claims if finding his best form. Apprentice races are not usually races we would get involved in but this looks a good opportunity for Olivers Mount at 4/1

Obviously that was a bit of teasing regarding race 1

Brian,regarding Skidby Mill
I put it up for a bet when it won 2 runs back, she's not a straightforward ride and it's an apprentice race.
If they go a fast pace she may pick them off,as she needs holding up.
I'm not punting in that race
