Race 4: Combattimento/ Way he finished on Saterday suggests he might be in with a chance today. Coming out of some strong formlines with the likes of Captain America and Global Express. Drop back in trip should suit!!

@ SuperAce, Silver Sammy and Pirhro, are you guys not concerned this race may have come too soon and over distance? I feel what the trainer is really gambling on, is the 6 point drop in the MR and running it against weaker company than it's last two races. Having said that, he is not running against the blind school, the betting doesn't suggest that. Hope Neil P will post on the chances of Desert Swirl, the one I think must have a chance with 55.5kgs. Don't think it will be that far back this time round.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

I personally think that Joey wanted to win on the past weekend with this one. Was very upbeat about the horse on USO last week Saterday, however ,all is irrelevant now. I hear your case Byern, might get my fingers burnt tomorrow on this one, only time will tell.

hi all

my play for the day

Pont d'Avignon
Marmalady
Rocket Rider
battling to choose between Seven fountains and Desert swirl
Coco and Dance for gold class acts but Woodland gem and Pecan nut may show more improvement
top 4 in the betting should fight it out and watch out for Society rock as a lurker
Viva Mandela Viva La Var...this one is for you Madiba...I thought that it was an omen that the dam side was out of National Assembly...lol
Snaith has a sound chance of landing this one with the bass and marshall stable hot on his heels...Doris Duke looks progressive though
Dinesen very unlucky last time and should be a genuine bet here but be careful...run may have come to soon ....apart from the obvious dangers ...2 lurkers in the pack include I am a rock star and return of the roar

later and play wellB)-
