Hollywood Down - Electrical Storm

Due to an electrical storm last night in the Durban area last night, we have experienced a lock down with our online systems. Therefore the Hollywood website, mobile app, and mobi site are down. We have no ETA of when it will be back up, but we have Werner and our IT doing everything they can to get it back up. The Call Centre (08600 46559) and our branches are still online, so you can bet through those avenues. We will notify as soon as we are back up and running.

Please note that our service provider is experiencing issues with their DNS servers. As a result you might not be able to connect to the Hollywood website, mobi site or mobile application. They are working on this and I will update everyone as soon as the issue has been resolved.
