Friend, that is true, hey God forgive, people and banks they don't
but the true facts is that same people who judge is also guilty of wrong doings but we do not know about it that is the difference
and with the same rod you judge other people you will be judged
there are plenty owners out there who do not pay their bills for instances, trainers who dope horses etc and that is ok as long as people do not know about it
i stood up and public-ally stated what went wrong not as if i have planned it or wanted it to happen.
fortunately I am A PERSON who always stand up, believe me that was not easy putting your life in the spot light because I believed ther are people out there that would say :"yes things went wrong but I want to work with somebody that I know will get the job done" and I am like that i get the job done and i do believe there are people outside who will join my syndicate and will have a ticket whem the time comes.

I think its unfair of every1 who is giving James a hard time.
Every1 has done things wrong ind past, and he has said what he did.
He also hasn't said 1 thing bad or wrong about any1 on here from what I remember!!
If u don't want to join his syndicate, don't! If u do, then do. Don't punish some1 for there past and what u think was right or wrong. Did he purposely hurt his horses? I highly doubt it!!!is he money driven? 100% yes, aren't we all!!!that is why we punt.

I actually am very put off at the way he has been crucified on this thread, its not right.

James Blond I also feel for U but then again we only have ur side of the story. By ur own admission U are still trying to get back on ur feet and will repay ur debts once U are financially sound again. Please explain to me how U can now afford Race Horses thru Sindication at this point in time given the above. Also indicate whether U are 'warned off 'or not by supplying tangible proof and not hearsay.

What I cannot fathom is that with ur life experience and present situation that U would even entertain a thought of getting involved in an expensive hobby before U can actually afford it.

I wish U the best and hope U do succed in getting back on ur feet and also with ur Sindication and thanks but no thanks.

Sorry to hear about the setbacks you had. Hope you all the best for the future. Bit about shocked the harsh judgement on ABC. Obviously they have had only smooth sailing adventures in their lives. Would love to know how much these harsh judges have invested in the racing game. Hibs you were very harsh with your comment. Good luck to you JB, I am sure when you started out on your racing adventure, when you dug deep into your pockets, you had no idea what lay in waiting for.
