Weather looks bleak in Durban - hope they race tomorrow

What a hectic result in the 3rd race at Fairview!!
Here is a few of my likings at Clairwood circuit:
Race 1 : A race that can produce a few improvements of a few horses.
The daughter of Western Winter is nicely bred and keep an eye on the betting for ROCKABERRY LANE from the De Kock stable. Love you madly has her 2nd run after a rest and will be fitter by now. Runned on in a few races and must not be overlooked. SALANDER has the sercices of MARCUS again and is a good pointer.Keep an eye on Heaven's duel and Le Forte.
Race 2 : Raconteur is gelded and is having the 3rd run after a rest and must be cherry ripe and shaped up from the Dennis Drier stable - S Cormack on board.
My first selection. Speedy Mighty var from L Goosen stable - not here for nothing and must be included in all bets. So Raconteur should win this in my opinion.
Race 3: I like Royal Honeymoon partnered by A Marcus. He take the ride again and that is a good pointer into right direction. Party Doll is back to her best distance and she' not out of it.
Golden Assembly , Dirty Damcing, Safe Bet and Texan Dancer do have improving chances.
Race 4: I like Honolulu to win this but have'nt win in ages. West End , Indigo Child, Darwin Cup and the two maiden winners Massachusets , Lady Carter could win this. Caution with this race as it looks open.
A Surprise could jump out of the box.
Race 5 : I had a good look at this race and only one horse stood out. FREUDIANA. This is my banker bet for the day. Like it a lot!!!
Race 6: Albert is in top form at this moment and this give him the nod. Captain lars is improving again and got the services of Anton Marcus and should also runs we'll. Fort Bellini could be anything. Winter Mischief is an interesting runner with S Cormack in the saddle .
Race 7: Malted and Bolted looks good and do have the scope of winning this race. Mighty Lion got very good form and a lively runner in this race. The Helsman bring also consistant form into this race and must also be considered.
Race 8: Madame Tigre with Anton Marcus get the nod and is very consistant. So is Can-Can Inn but is very badly drawn. Ado Annie - De Kock inmate cannot be discarded. Jolie Kitten and Win over must be included in the exotics.

All and all - a very tricky card that can produce nice upset

My best bet on the card:
Race 5 : Freudiana
Race 2 : Raconteur
Value bets:
Race 1 : Love you madly
Race 3: Party doll
Race 7: The Helsman
Race 8: Win over
Bet well and hit them hard!!!!

Rained around clairwood for a few hours, very misty now.
Hopefully lovely weather tomorrow to go ahead.

Calling Frodo (or A N Other) trying to understand how Fort Bellini earned a 82 rating on that first run.
I can't work out what they used as a line?

(I have the run as a 76??)
