Same with me, 1 lady said my stake will be refunded, but am still awaiting.

I wonder if Hollywood can follow suit and Match Marshals, I know that they are not obligated to give refunds, but surely if u can refund single bet, then treating the horse as a scratching and refunding trebles and doubles is only fair. Beeeg thumbs up to marshals

I am still on leave, but please PM me your account details if you had winning multiples that included Abyssinia, we will refund those bets. For example it was a double going into Abyssinia, then only the first leg counts and we will pay out on that. There are many bets which we will be going through, so if you can PM your account and the ticket number we can get the refund sorted. All legs before and after Abyssinia must be winning on the multiple ticket.

Dev what about open bets?? I took Banker X field trifecta?

I feel it is great that the bookies are refunding the money but don't see why they have to keep paying out for the incompetence of others.
