I understand it is a subjective, misleading indicator of a horses capability. . .what else is there to understand?

Its raining very steadily here in Tygervalley and assume it is worse near Kenilworth. Can anyone nearer confirm? It does look gloomy my side.

the track looks in great shape

i work in claremont peekay and it was raining leka for about an hour..shouldnt affect the track or racing.
there are clouds arounds still but it seems good for now.
