hibby then it is worse than i say.

to call for the review is saying "we see the incident and are now looking at it" these is fair enough and is what they get pay for, no?

why then when it is clear to the blind man the grounds for objection is valid, do they no object as stipes?

That was one ocassion i really hoped the Stipes were sleeping......purely on the sad news of the owner.

I also wondered why the hell the trainer had to object when the Stipes reviewed immediately after the race. Perhaps they were looking to keep his deposit. . . .

the hooter went off almost 10 seconds after the race and before the horses returned from the teack the 2nd hooter was heard.....why the took that long to give an outcome nobody knows but the correct result prevailed
