Just posted this on the Hollywood Facebook page:

Mrs Bridget Oppenheimer, who was fondly known as the “Queen Mum” of South African racing, has sadly passed away today. Her famous colours that were carried by great horses such as Horse Chestnut, Greys Inn, Hunting Tower, Principal Boy and Spanish Gaillard (to mention only a few) have left a legacy in South African racing. May she rest in peace and condolences to all her friends and family.

Racing will never ever be quite the same again for me...............Oppenheimer ............an integral name in the game for as long as I have been involved.......RIP.
