Keith Ho poor service

I'm not one to post every little thing that goes wrong with a bookie but after I called the help desk 2 hours ago and was told that an issue with the Wolverhampton PA would be sorted out nothing has been done - Called back again and was told that it was an IT problem so I should call them - I told that person that it was not my job to call their IT department to fix their mess - The online platform is poor and is badly managed and I really hope someone takes it seriously if they bother to read this.

3 mins before the bet starts and still not able to take one and the PA Blitz - last leg finished at 5-15 Turffontein still not clear!!
