Why do we only have one category for sprinters? Shouldn't it be champion sprinter (filly) and champion sprinter (colt) and then an award for champion sprinter of the year! 
Surely there should have been some category for a horse like Via Africa to win!? I'd rather see her name on the list of winners than a horse like Jeppe's Reef. No offense to Jeppe. It just feels incomplete.
