If they were enforcing the consistency rule,at least 7 of the horses in the 3rd race would have been missing............suspended...............lol

Havana Beat is 3.5kg's better off with Adams Rock for a 4 length beating.
I think HB is good value at 20's compared to the short priced Adams Rock.

E/W value as HB also prefers 1400m imo.
