Hollywood - Why no Open Win on French Racing Most of the Time

I see recently on Hollywood that there is no open win bet offered and the fixed odds quote is at least 2 to 3 points difference that the tote. Also Hollywood sometimes does not offer the swinger bet in a 5 horse filed in almost all races wherever there is racing. Is it because there is value in these races. Also the open place in 5 to 7 runner fields the same happens. Any feedback is welcomed.

The only reason that some races in France do not have open wins on them is these are the races where couplings apply in France. Hollywood do not cater for couplings on wins.

Swingers and exactas on France are subject to different rules whereby scratching’s are included in payouts by way of a consolation payout., Hollywoods systems do not cater for this. They receive a schedule in the morning of what the tote are betting on and their systems are set with this in mind, if changes are observed they are rectified where possible.
