Thanks for chatting to me today I know there have been some speed issues
with the MWOS server lately, and I have personally reported these problems to the
technical department. They have been doing tests for the last week to determine
what is causing the problem.

I have also passed on your message to Hilton Hasson, the Western Cape Regional
manager, and he will also look into the problems you have experienced.

I have been with Marshalls since the late John Marshall operated out of a house in Umhlanga and have always had great service...

Hi. Marshalls offers excellent customer service but the problem is lack of markets for sports. Emailed them so many times as to when they will price up on more markets but still waiting for response.

I operate with a 4 year old Nokia E52. Don't even bother with data bundles - just run straight using Opera Mini. I think it costs 20c a hit. Great.

Well done to Marshall's making contact with their concerned punters, always a step in right direction as we have never had direct replies from anyone at P with a customer complaint??

If you want to pull your hair go to Betting World at the Buzz. Never have money to pay out, stretch is half a point and when you complain about not being paid out then you ask that you want to take a bet against your winning the money comes very quick. They suck I do not go there any more.

i've been all around..Hollywood ,bettingworld,,the locally operated 1 man bookies,interbet....no one comes even close to what Marshalls give me...they have not knocked me back even once on a horse i want to back...and we are talking backing a horse to win a 100k,and doubles up to 200k....further show me a bookie in this country that takes deductions only up to 10/1...and that is based on their inflated odds(ie if the horse is 8/1 on the blower and they have it priced at 10.2/1...there is no deduction...)and with all the no hopers that get scratched at the start these days and the bookies taking 5% off these no hopers..it actually works out to a lot of savings on the winning bets struck with marshalls...

i have my gripes with them from time to time but its got nothing to do with the odds nor their limits...my gripe with them is that i take a cash bet for r10k with them...the horse wins on the same day ...they want to do transfers into my account because they used my cash to pay out a soccer bet...or even worse dropped it into the drop safe..ask any indian...if he likes transfers in an account...lol....thats as good as saying rather give it to the wife instead...and with my wife...i have more chance getting money out of marshalls drop safe on the same day than getting it out of her...but in that respect i am lucky..need someone like that in my life

also a 4% bonus on open bets...ie) they add 10% to whatever the tote declares and then take the 6% betting tax ....pa caught on monday ...dividend at any other institute R22500...marshalls payout...R23699.80....R1200.00 free money and u didnt touch the tote dividends as i understand they dont take back...but that i cant confirm if they do or dont
