Sportingbet :X

Has anyone had a problem with Sportingbet when doing a direct deposit into their Bank Accounts?

On Friday I did an FNB to FNB payment in Sportingbets account with the reference number they provided me. After phone calls, emails and questions on "live chat" my deposit is still not reflecting. The reason for depositing the money in the first place was I wanted to take a double on Red Ray and Via Afrika who at the time and for a long period on Saturday were 7/5 and 3/1.

If someone knows of someone there who could assist me it would be greatly appreciated as I feel like I am getting no where with them. Thanks.

I think in future I will just stick to Hollywood and Betting World, no problem with deposits at either one of them. (tu)

Agreed - Hollywood deposits reflect within 10minutes

nothing new there...

They caught a lot of punters with that one shrek , advertise great odds , then hope a lot of punters deposit money to claim the advertise odds , then drop prices and only then let the deposits reflect , I been caught before <

Stick to Hollywood , They even have someone on ABC to sort out any problems and give feedback , they are the best service -D

Amazing. Nobody on the forum can get a decent bet from them and they claim to have laid a bet that size.

@ Shrek, exactly the same disappointing problem. A couple of months ago I spoke to some dolly in a European call centre. She was very good and had the deposit credited but the price had gone by then. I wanted to deposit again to take some early bets for Champions Day but decided against it for fear of a repeat.

Thanks Mac, this will be my last deposit to them. Sent them proof of payment twice yesterday and "my transaction is now under investigation by their payment team". Still no money in my account. (td)
