If anybody ever decide to use them to place bets I'd seriously reccomend you not do it. I submitted a withdrawal request Sunday night, even called them yesterday and was assurred the funds will be in my account by today.

Checked this morning and as expected the money was not in my account, their explanation:

Regarding your query, all withdrawals are processed according to the time they are received.

I have contact our Admin Department and confirmed that because of the holiday the withdrawal has been delayed and you should receive it by tomorrow.
Please note:FNB Bank- Should reflect on the same day. Can take up to 12 hrs
Other banks- Should reflect the next day. Can take up to 24 hrs

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

What a bunch of incompetent idiots. Whats the most annoying sentence on earth? "Apologies for any inconvenience caused." :X That just gets my blood boiling and then they went ahead and said it twice. :X
