Comingling or channeling of funds

A question to all the astute punters.

South African punters take bets on overseas racers and we get paid out on the tote for all winning bets, in SA Rands

Then we have overseas punters taking bets on SA racing, hence the excuse given, for tote payouts reducing after the race is run, with the reason given that bets are still processed after the start, due to time delay.

Now if I took a win or place bet, based on what the tabonline payouts are showing 1 second before the gates open. This is my motivation for taking a bet, finding value, just to find that what I saw as the going price has lost its value.

Are these winning bets transferred to overseas punters banking accounts?

I dare the powers in control of racing to show me the betting records for a race of your choice, a race of my choice, and arandom public choice.

Well, for a start an astute punter won't play into a small pool where returns are completely vulnerable and proven unreliable. Also, why would anyone play against a 25% takeout, don't you want to make a profit? And you are playing against other players who are getting commission kick backs.

Anyway, can't you rather explain what you expect to see if you ever got to see those records?

Flash, what the records would do is either prove or disprove that the changes in tote payouts during and after the race, are in fact due to overseas bets still been processed, as has been claimed, as the records would show source of bet and time taken.

Observer now dont use the word [ bigot] with me but you continue to post that the totes are being manipulated for overseas punters when in truth a horse showing R5 DROPPING TO R4 AFTER THE OFF COULD BE LATE PUNTERS WHO ALSO SAW VALUE IN THAT PARTICULAR HORSE remember the tabonline dividends only refresh every 60 seconds...:S.
