Flash you know I like you, but youre talking kak now my pel!! you don't know Barry from a bar of soap. What makes you make such a comment?
I know the man, I have had many a conversation with him. He has ONLY his horses at heart.

I know sometimes you only say things to get a reaction but you are barking up the wrong tree here, he doesn't need the goose or the egg, be it golden or not......

Well said Barry! I have seen this coming end of last year and for much of the same reasons scaled down. This implied selling some good stock such as Contador, Le Var, Sedge and about 20 yearlings/horses in training. SA racing is not in good hands and those who have put their money where their mouth is know that. For some posters they will never know what is happening inside deep down....

And strangely I sold 3 to the ''old boys club''....

Soodum - so many guys on this forum has said it for a long time and fighting the unjust system (Umlilo comes to mind), and at a point one has to give up and walk away. It just becomes too much - day in and day out. Don't get me wrong - I gave my piece of mind to a few racing administrators (including handicappers) but it goes past their noses......
