Pirho, it's because of the scratchings (1, 12 & 13) in the race, however i fancied this one with the full field/before the scratchings, i thought it had a winning chance, two of the scratchings 1 & 13 were in the betting. Not that it's won yet, but it's winning chances must be greatly enhanced with 1 & 13 non runners.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
