PE racing seem to be growing...big fields..more trainers...race course facilities have improved..good move by Bass to have a satellite yard

Maybe they respect proven proffessionals to make the right decisions over the long term, and they treat guests with a welcome and bit of respect.
Mind you, PE have always had that "bring it on attitude" to a greater extent... A David vs Goliath cockiness. Some others could take some spine strengthening lessons from PE....the Yellow Team for example.

Because we( Horses and Rugby players) are so fast it is blured and looks grey:D!

Believe the plan is to sell Arlington and build All Weather or Sand Track alongside Turf at Fairview.
However have no idea where this plan stands in the scheme of things.

PE racing is not nearly as bad as ppl make it out to be.
Even the horses are decent,imo. Some very good sorts race(come out of) in PE.
Look Bold Silvano, Irish Flame(I think), LiZzards Desire, and most recently Meadow Magic(won Emerald cup), Musscat and even PE raidor Navistar ran a fantastic 3rd on Saterday.
I love PE racing, great Value to be had
